I am a mother. A sister. An auntie. A friend. A leader. An introvert. A creator.

I live in the Atlanta area of Georgia where I work to maintain balance between maintaining my household, caring for my sweet pup Bentley, spending quality time with family and friends, my work for a property and casualty insurer, grad school and wellness. (And now this blog.) Although I listed it last, wellness is actually one of the intentions of my brand. We will create together, sure, but my ultimate goal for us is to carve time out of our busy schedules to take care of ourselves. We cannot be our best selves for others if we are our truly best selves. And we cannot be our truly best selves if we are burnt-out, frustrated, depressed, and physically ailed. So while the content I make will invite you into opportunities to be creative, what we create or how well we do it is not important. Instead, the act or experience of creating is the true focus. For this reason, you may not get a lot of “how to” from me. What you will always get, though, is a glimpse into my creative process (with maybe some tips thrown in for good measure) with the sole hope that it will inspire you to tap into, explore and further develop your own creative outlets.
